A round-table "Transport Security - a component part of Transport Policy of the RF" discussion was held on August 3, 2004, as ordered by Igor Levitin, the Minister of Transportation of the Russian Federation. Murat Altuev, the President of the Axxon (former ITV) company, took part in the meeting that was held in convention hall of the Department's board.

The largest international 'Hannover Messe-2005' industrial exhibition took part on April 11-15, 2005 in Germany. 6 000 companies of 60 countries met at an area of 200 000 sq. meters . 154 Russian companies demonstrated their products and developments in the field of automation, management and control over mechanical engineering, instrument-making, aircraft and space industries. Advanced security systems manufactured in Russia were represented by the AxxonSoft company.
